Ingredients
Bunch Kale Leaves
1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 Dashes Sea Salt

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Wash torn kale pieces and spin dry in a salad spinner or dry with paper towels until they're very dry. Cut away inner ribs from each kale leaf and discard; tear the leaves into uniform size pieces. Place the kale leaves into a bowl or large resealable bag. Add the olive oil; and mix evenly over the kale pieces. Spread the leaves evenly onto a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven until mostly crisp, about 15 minutes. Watch to prevent burning. Season with salt and serve immediately.
