Three Way Salmon Salad

<p>This is a versatile mixture served as a wrap for lunch on the go, with pasta for an easy summer dinner or potluck, or served on a bed of fresh spinach or mixed greens.</p>

Serves: 2-4


Ingredients
1 15 oz can canned salmon or leftover cooked fresh
2 stalks celery with leaves chopped
1 large carrott chopped
2 large spring onions chopped
2 teaspoons Slow Dog Not Just Fish seasoning
1/2 cup mayonaise (or to taste)
1/2 green pepper chopped
option 1 sandwich wrap or tortillas
option 2 cooked macaroni or pasta of choice
option 3 fresh spinach, mixed greens

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Mix first 7 ingredients. Chill for at least an hour for option 1 or 3. For option 2, add about 4 cups cooked pasta. Adjust mayonaise. Chill at least an hour before serving.
  2. Tuna may be substituted for Salmon.
