Greek Pizzas

From CSA Farmers Market

This is easy and quick. Perfect for a summer meal. I usually add other vegetables depending on what’s on hand. At one time or another I’ve added onion, black olives, zucchini (sliced like ribbons) Pickled pepper rings. Also, I have split the pitas in half. (Saved me a few calories)
