Kielbasa, Brussels Sprouts and Potatoes Slow-Cooker Dinner

Ingredients
1 pound Beef kielbasa (cut into 2 inch pieces)
OR try substituting a different kind of sausage
1 pound Brussels sprouts (bottoms trimmed)
3 stalks Celery (chopped)
1 medium sized Onion (chopped)
2 cups Beef broth
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
2 tablespoons Brown sugar
3 medium sized Potatoes (peeled and chopped)
Egg noodles (for serving, if desired)
OR rice (for serving, if desired)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Put all of the ingredients into a slow-cooker and stir until well mixed.
  2. Cook on low for 5 hours
  3. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
