Vegetarian!

Ingredients
2 medium sized Sweet potatoes
1 cup Cottage cheese
OR plain yogurt
Fresh berries of your choice

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Trim off the sweet potato ends, then slice them lengthwise into 4 slices each.
  2. Put the potato slices into a toaster oven and toast them until they are lightly browned.
  3. Once the slices are cooked to your liking, spread the cottage cheese (or yogurt) over them and top with fresh berries of your choice
