Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs

Ingredients
4 Chicken thighs (bone-in and skin-on)
1/2 cup Honey
1/4 cup Water
1 tablespoon Water
1/4 cup Soy sauce
3 tablespoons Cider vinegar
4 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
1 Green onion (thinly sliced, for garnish)
Sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Stir the honey, 1/4 cup of water, soy sauce, vinegar and garlic together.
  2. Put the chicken thighs skin side down on a baking sheet, then pour the honey mixture over them. Bake for 25 minutes, flip the thighs over, then bake for 20 minutes more.
  3. Remove the baking pan from the oven and pour the cooking juices into a saucepan. Mix the cornstarch and 1 tablespoon of water. Bring the cooking juices to a boil in the saucepan, then slowly whisk in the cornstarch.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs and garnish them with sliced green onions & sesame seeds as desired.
