Fried Okra and Potatoes

Serves: 4 servings
Vegetarian!

Ingredients
4 cups potatoes (cubed)
4 cups okra (sliced)
1 cup onions (diced)
1/2 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup oil (vegetable)

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Prepare vegetables.
  2. Heat oil in your favorite black iron skillet.
  3. Sprinkle cornmeal over vegetables and add to hot oil. Fry until golden.
