Hearty Crockpot Fish Stew

Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds Flounder fillets (cut into 2 ounce pieces)
2 tablespoons Melted butter
OR olive oil
1 clove Garlic (minced)
1 Large onion (sliced)
1 Bell pepper (seeded and cut into pieces)
1 or 2 Zucchini (cut into pieces)
5-6 Whole tomatoes (peeled)
1/2 teaspoon Dried basil leaves (store bought or homemade)
1/2 teaspoon Dried oregano leaves (store bought or homemade)
1 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1/4 cup Dry white wine
4 ounces Mushrooms (sliced)
Parsley for garnish
Bread for serving

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the ingredients and combine all of them in a crockpot. Stir them together thoroughly.
  2. Cover and cook on high for 3 1/2 to 5 1/2 hours.
  3. Garnish with parsley and serve with a side of bread.
