Oyster Mushroom Fettucini

Vegetarian!

Ingredients
6 oz oyster mushrooms
1 pkg. fettucini
3 Tblsp. extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup pine nuts
1 pkg. sun dried tomatoes, softened and minced

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Cook fettucini according to package instructions.
  2. In medium sauce pan, heat oil and saute remaining ingredients for 2-3 minutes
  3. Toss with hot, cooked fettucini.
