Cinnamon Spiced Pecans

Serves: 6 cups
Vegetarian!

Ingredients
1/2 cup Sugar
3 teaspoons Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 large Egg white
1 pound Large pecan halves

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet. Mix the sugar, cinnamon, and salt together in a bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, lightly beat the egg white, then add the pecan halves and stir/toss until they are coated. Sprinkle in the sugar mixture and mix well.
  3. Spread the pecans in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring once.
  4. To cool, remove the pecans from the baking sheet and set aside to cool.
