Fuyu Persimmon Pie

Ingredients
A pie crust (either homemade or store bought)
4 or 5 Persimmons (sliced)
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon Allspice
1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
2 tablespoons Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
2 Eggs (beaten)
1/3 cup Butter (melted)
Vanilla ice cream for serving

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Place your pie crust into 1 9 inch pie pan. Mix the cinnamon, allspice, and nutmeg together. Put the persimmons into the piecrust and pour the spice mixture over them.
  2. Mix the flour, sugar, eggs, and butter together, then pour the mixture over the persimmons.
  3. Bake for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 300 degrees and bake for 45 more minutes. Serve with a little vanilla ice cream.
